Made from a soft sheer floaty Polyester Chiffon, this blouse features a crew neckline and delicate double frill sleeve on the shoulder. This top has no stretch in the fabric, but is an easy, pull over the head style.

This Evelyn Blouse is also sheer so we recommend wearing a cami underneath.
